We make every effort to ensure product availability, however, all orders are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline accounts for the fact that most of our products are imported from international suppliers. If we have stock on hand, we will dispatch your order immediately, which may result in faster delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We will make every reasonable effort to meet these timelines, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.2. Supplier Dependencies

As we import products from international suppliers, delivery times may be affected by factors including but not limited to: supplier stock availability, international shipping delays, customs clearance, courier service delays, and force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.

5.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item.

5.4. Delivery Address

You must provide a valid delivery address within South Africa. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5.5. Risk and Title

Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancies.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

6.1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@chooseme.co.za. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you will need to follow our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy once you receive the products.

6.2. Order Cancellation by Choose Me

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the product is unavailable, the pricing was incorrect due to an error, we suspect fraudulent activity, or we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

6.3. Order Modifications
